A range of sectoral datasets were created by the Historic Droughts project:
- Meteorological data are published as part of HadUK-Grid and MIDAS Open on the CEDA Archive (note that you will need an account to download data)
- Hydrometeorological data are published and can be downloaded from the Environmental Information Data Centre (note that you will need an account to download data)
- References to past droughts (e.g. from agricultural media and newspapers) are available to download from the UKDataService

- Historic Standardised Groundwater level Index (SGI) for 54 UK boreholes (1891-2015)
- Inventory of reservoirs amounting to 90% of total UK storage
- Simulated monthly biological indicators for England and Wales 1964-2012
