- January 2016 - Present: UK National River Flow Archive
Process annual submissions from the UK Measuring Authorities. Undertaken work to integrate existing metadata records, improving the current NRFA holdings of the UK Peak Flows Dataset. Coordinate the Outreach Programme aiming to improve the visibility of the archive, utilising tools such as the website, helpdesk, social media, e-newsletters and physical and digital publications. Undertake data validation and stewardship for Northern Ireland and North Scotland as the NRFA Regional Representative. Author of the monthly Hydrological Summaries and occasional reports/research into hydrological extreme events and trends under the National Hydrological Monitoring Programme and the UK Hydrological Outlook.
- April 2017 - Present: Project Officer for the RCUK Drought & Water Scarcity Programme and ENDOWS
Responsible for managing day-to-day running of the project, assisting the Project Manager, and having a key input into events and outputs of the About Drought 'brand'. The About Drought Handbook notes the impacts and outputs from the programme. I manage the About Drought website.
- August 2019 - Present: Strengthening Thailand's Agricultural Drought Resilience (STAR) Project
Responsible for data acquisition, validation and management on the Strengthening Thailand's Agricultural drought Resilience (STAR) project.
- August 2019 - Present: Wallingford Meteorological Station
Responsible for managing the day-to-day running and maintenance of the Meteorological Station based at CEH Wallingford, which has daily recordings of weather observations dating back to 1962. Co-ordination and training of observers to ensure the station is read promptly and accurately daily. Quality control of data and submission to the Met Office as part of their Climatological Stations Network. Providing outreach opportunities in the form of data retrievals, site visits.
- November 2019 - Present: UKEOF Secretariat Lead of the Data Advisory Group
Responsible for developing and facilitating the UKEOF Data Advisory Working Group alongside the group Chair.
- March 2020 - Present: Enhanced Future Flows and Groundwater (eFLaG)
Project administration and data contact for the eFLaG project.
