Gill Ormrod

Gill is the Senior External Communications Manager at UKCEH, based in Wallingford. As part of the Communications and Engagement function, she leads the team in delivering external communications and public engagement activity, including the media office, website, social channels and newsletters.

With a degree in Geography (University of Manchester), an MSc in Environmental Resources (University of Salford) and a CIPR Diploma in Public Relations, Gill has over 25 years of experience in a range of media, communications and marketing roles. She has previously worked for the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, Science and Technology Facilities Council, Horticultural Trades Association and Rosebourne Garden Centres.
