Dr. Doran Khamis

Doran's work focuses on the provision of data science skills across projects within the hydrological sciences. His interests lie in combining mathematical and statistical modelling with machine learning approaches to develop new frameworks with which to investigate and understand environmental systems. This involves probing large datasets for insights using statistical and machine learning approaches as well as building predictive models that enable the creation of environmental data products. He has prior experience in the fields of computational biology, mathematical ecology, and fluid dynamics.
