We lead or collaborate on scientific projects addressing the biggest environmental challenges. We can draw on decades of data and a range of field sites, as well as our world-leading expertise in diverse areas of environmental science. Examples include investigating water, air and soil quality, effects of radioactivity, pressures on biodiversity and impacts of agricultural practices. Our projects are often delivered in partnership with government bodies, private institutions and non-governmental organisations.
