Professional summary
Henry Grub is a Socio-agroecology Scientist working on the EU Horizon-funded TRANSFORM project here at UKCEH. He specialises on the social and practical dimensions of farming, and how these interact with environmental challenges. On the TRANSFORM project, Henry focuses on the use of crop rotations in arable systems as a strategy to adapt to future climate change, and his research considers the opportunities and constraints associated with this.
Henry is a member of the IUCN Commission on Ecosystem Management, and an elected Member of the Royal Society of Biology (MRSB).
Previously, Henry completed a PhD in Environmental Policy at Imperial College London and ZSL Institute of Zoology, on the management of bovine TB on cattle farms in England.
