Professional summary

Anita provides input in all aspects of corporate science delivery, planning and reporting; providing analysis, and information to the Leadership Team. She manages the UKCEH Library & Archives service and leads on science excellence performance analysis linked to Research Centre evaluations. Anita assists the Science Director in the delivery of their portfolio of responsibilities including overseeing Science Leadership Committee operations, capital planning, and leading the secretariat for the Research Ethics Committee and developing the Research Integrity offer. She also liaises with internal functions on behalf of the Directorate to ensure effective and consistent delivery and communications of corporate science needs.

Anita has previously worked as a science coordinator at UKCEH and held various roles within the Academic Division at Oxford University Press. She has a BSc from the University of Queensland, where she also obtained a PGBSc in Botany and conducted postgraduate research in plant ecophysiology.
