Professional summary
Tom is a Hydrological Data Analyst at the UKCEH in Wallingford. He is working on improving UK rainfall data products as part of the Floods and Droughts Research Infrastructure (FDRI) project.
Before joining UKCEH, Tom completed his PhD in Climate Science at University College London. His research focused on the jet streams' response to climate change and constraining uncertainty in jet trends. He is an avid programmer and a strong believer in open-source research software. His other passions include science communication and yoga.
