In my role as Laboratory Manager I am responsible for the Bangor Analytical Laboratories which underpin many research projects including National Soil Surveys. I have extensive experience in environmental and analytical chemistry - specialising in the analysis of soils and natural waters. I am a self-motivated and experienced environmental chemist and soil scientist with extensive experience at leading complex projects in the university/research sector. . My research specialities are soil, heavy metals, trace element bioavailability, plant nutrition, compost, restoration, remediation, DGT, Phosphorus, developing environmental measurement devices and test kits.
