The Centre for Ecology & Hydrology's Professor Helen Roy took part in her first Reddit Sense About Science Ask Me Anything session focusing on her expert knowledge of invasive non-native species.
Helen faced more than 40 questions from people from around the world on subjects as diverse as the Harlequin ladybird to Japanese Knotweed as well as how to forge a career as an ecologist. Here's a selection of questions that Helen answered:
