Javi Crespo Sancho

Javi is a PRINCE2-qualified Project Manager at Practitioner level, currently supporting the National Capability for Global Challenges Programme, Lot 3 of the C3S contract, and the Water Availability during Drought (WARD) project in South Africa.

Previously, Javi worked in the New Zealand Defence Force, where they coordinated the full portfolio of projects, managing budget tracking, purchase orders, and contracts. This experience provided a strong foundation in structured project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and operational oversight within complex environments.
