We expect that from time to time both individuals and organisations will have comments, ideas or complaints relating to UKCEH procedures, policies and services.

Complaints procedure

  • If you have a comment or complaint about our services that cannot be resolved to your satisfaction with an individual please let us know by writing to UKCEH Enquiries either electronically or by post to the address below.
  • Describe the complaint clearly and, if appropriate, tell us what you think we could do to sort things out.
We will deal with all complaints as follows:
  • Send an initial acknowledgement within two working days to inform you of the anticipated time for a detailed response.
  • UKCEH will record and manage any comments and complaints received through our Quality Management System.

UKCEH will try to resolve the problem to the complainant's satisfaction, however if you are still dissatisfied please write to the UKCEH Chief Executive, Stu Wainwright:
