Radiochemistry Analytical Capabilities

CEH at Lancaster provides an independent laboratory service to a range of customers from government agencies to the private sector.

The Radiochemistry Laboratories offer a high-quality and customer-driven service at all times, including a multitude of analytical services ranging from the analysis of routine samples through to specific method development and problem solving.

Sample types

We have considerable experience in analysing a large range of sample types including:

  • Water – raw and treated
  • Vegetation
  • Food Stuffs
  • Biota
  • Decommissioning Samples (brick, mortar, concrete, swabs etc.)

The analysis of more unusual sample types can also be considered.
