Staff Development

CEH is committed to the continuing development of
its entire staff. Continuous learning and development is
essential to CEH's success, to ensure that our people are
appropriately skilled to lead, manage, deliver and support
world-class science.

The CEH Training and Development Policy links to and
supports the CEH Science Strategy 2008-2013, the
annual CEH Operating Plan and the NERC Corporate
Development Strategy.

To ensure that CEH’s Training and Development Policy is
effective, our planning, delivery and evaluation of staff
training and development is measured against the Investors
in People Framework, a standard which CEH achieved in
January 2009.
