AGU 2016 Fall Meeting

Centre for Ecology & Hydrology to convene session on urbanisation and hydrology. 

Dr Michael Hutchins of the Centre for Ecology & Hydrology will act as a convenor of a session at the American Geophysical Union (AGU) Fall Meeting 2016 in San Francisco this December.

The session, entitled "New frontiers in water resources: achieving water security under climate change and urbanization in mixed land use watersheds", will be jointly led by Dr Jason Hubbart of West Virginia University, along with other co-convenors from University of West Virginia and K-Water (South Korea). Dr James Miller of CEH is a speaker in the session.

The AGU2016 Fall Meeting takes place between 12-16 December. 

CEH science will also be presented via posters and talks on issues including drought monitoring, nitrous oxide emissions and river eutrophication. More details to follow!
